Admission Process
Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form
Once you’re ready to proceed, please complete the online application form.
Ensure that all fields are filled out accurately and that the required documents are uploaded in English.
Documents to be submitted with the application:
- A copy of the child’s passport and guardian’s passport
- A recent passport-sized photo of the child
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate
- A copy of the child’s and guardian’s CPR (required for local residents and if available, for other residents).
- Previous academic year report (if applicable)
- Medical record (if applicable)
- A copy of a child’s immunization record (aligned with the Ministry of Health’s Immunization Schedule for the Kingdom of Bahrain).
- Any other relevant educational or professional reports (if applicable)
After receiving your application, our Admissions Team will carefully review all submitted materials. Based on this review, we’ll determine the appropriate grade level for your child.
We invite each child to participate in an entrance interview, either individually or in a small group setting. We adopt a holistic approach to understand your child’s needs, abilities and prospective learning.
The interview evaluates your child’s cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, and motor development.
Once the interview is complete, we will confirm your child’s admission status. If your child is offered a place, you will receive a formal offer letter.
To confirm your child’s enrollment, please sign the offer letter and return the required documents. We’ll also ask for the applicable fees to complete the enrollment process.

Waiting List
Applications are accepted on a rolling, first-come-first-served basis throughout the academic year, subject to availability. We encourage families to apply early to ensure a spot for their child.
We assess each child’s age, development, and readiness during the entrance interview to ensure they are placed in the best environment for their growth.
Children must meet the age requirement for their desired grade by September 1st of the academic year.
Siblings of current students are given priority in the admissions process, as long as they meet the age and academic criteria.
If a class is full, your child will be placed on the waiting list. Placement is based on application date, age, and readiness.
