What is the admission process timeline?
Once we receive your application, our Admissions Team will carefully review all submitted materials. Based on this review, we’ll determine the appropriate grade level for your child. Each child is invited to an entrance interview, either individually or in a small group. We take a holistic approach to understand your child’s needs, abilities, and potential for learning. The interview evaluates cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, and motor development.
After the interview, we will confirm your child’s admission status. If your child is offered a place, you’ll receive a formal offer letter.
To confirm enrollment, please sign and return the offer letter along with the required documents. Payment of applicable fees will complete the enrollment process.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a one-time non-refundable fee of 200 BHD.
Are there any entrance assessments or interviews?
Yes. As part of the admission process, each prospective student will be invited to participate in an interview/entrance assessment, which will either be one-one of in a small group setting. The assessment is designed in accordance with the Finnish ECEC standards and takes a holistic approach, considering social, academic, emotional, and developmental aspects.

How are the students assessed?
Assessment in the Finnish Education System
In the Finnish education system, assessment focuses on holistic development rather than traditional exams. It plays two key roles:
– Assessment helps educators plan and refine their teaching methods.
– It promotes each child’s well-being, learning, and overall development.
Assessment is viewed as an ongoing, collaborative process which involves observation, documentation, evaluation, and meaningful feedback from teachers, students, and guardians. This comprehensive approach ensures that every child is supported in a thoughtful and inclusive learning environment.
How can parents track their child’s development progress?
We use Kindiedays, a platform that allows parents to track their child’s development. It provides real-time updates and personalized feedback. Parents will also have the opportunity to discuss progress during parent-teacher conferences.
Do you have Arabic program?
Yes, we offer a bilingual approach that integrates both English and Arabic into our curriculum. English is the primary language of instruction, with Arabic incorporated to support cultural and linguistic development.
